We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll be the driving force behind our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, data hygiene, and corporate reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our overall growth and success.

Job Description

The end-to-end platform features digital asset management, brand portals, marketing work management and content workflow that uses AI and automation to ensure legal and brand compliance both during content production and after it has gone live. As RevOps Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor and main point of contact for all things RevOps, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Here's a snapshot of your core responsibilities day to day:

  • Own and manage GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, conversation intelligence software and more.
  • Help define and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to improve decision-making
  • Own funnel metrics and revenue attribution from lead to renewal
  • Scale our GTM teams by delivering on-demand analytics and situational intelligence across the company. 
  • On-demand deeper reporting as needed
  • Data hygiene and enrichment: Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data for GTM teams.
  • Evaluate, implement and optimize revenue technology tools to ensure scalability and interoperability 
  • Corporate and departmental reporting: Deliver reliable data and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting across the company.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute key operational initiatives, such as:
  • Work alongside Finance to provide accurate corporate reporting and data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyse large datasets and surface actionable insights
  • Champion change management across the GTM team to support process improvements
  • Trend and conversion analysis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you MUST have current and extensive experience with Salesforce. This is a key requirement. Other skills and experience needed for the role include:

  • Demonstrable experience in a RevOps or administrator role
  • B2B SaaS: experience working within B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Collaboration with go-to-market teams: demonstrated experience working with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leadership
  • Finance: demonstrated experience working with Finance to reconcile CRM data with financial data
  • Solutions management: hands-on experience managing and integrating Salesforce with GTM tools:
  • Data (ZoomInfo, Dun and Bradstreet or similar)
  • Conversation Intelligence (Gong, Chorus or similar) 
  • Sales Cadence software (Sales Engagement, Outreach or similar) 
  • Marketing automation (Account Engagement/Pardot or similar) 
  • Chatbot (Qualified, Drift or similar)
  • Data sheets (Excel, Google Sheets) 
  • Data de-duplication (RingLead or similar) 
  • Data Hygiene: proven ability to maintain data integrity and improve data quality within CRM and related systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable (But Not Required) Additional Skills

  • AI Prompting – experience using AI tools to maximise efficiency for any functions related to the role, including building data tables, workflows and more
  • Revenue forecasting enablement (within Salesforce or Gong)
