The Role

As a Part-Time Operations Intern at SalesRabbit you'll help configure a new system for our Customer Experience department such that it is well-integrated with our existing operational infrastructure and end-users can derive value from it. Join us in a flexible, part-time role —approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.  We’re looking for someone to join us for a summer term, from June 1 through September 1, 2025.

To be a good fit for SalesRabbit, you should:

  • Possess a natural curiosity about how things work and how to improve them
  • Be equal parts humble and confident
  • Have grit like a honey badger

To be a good fit for this particular role, we require that you have experience with:

  • General programming principles
  • REST APIs
  • Data structures (e.g. JSON)
  • ETL

And it would just be icing on the cake if you have experience with:

  • Salesforce
  • BigQuery
  • Aristotle

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Set up a Customer Experience system
