  • Implement processes to ensure high-quality data capture at every stage of the funnel

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly GTM leadership meetings

  • Establish and maintain data quality rules, naming conventions, and documentation

  • Monitor deal pipeline hygiene and ensure data quality standards are maintained

  • Manage inbound lead allocation and assignment for sales team members

  • Maintain data hygiene by cleaning, deduplicating, and enriching existing records in our CRM HubSpot

  • Evaluate and implement CRM-integrated tools that improve usability and performance

  • Clean and manage lists for marketing activities to ensure effectiveness

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in HubSpot while providing day-to-day support for CRM users, including troubleshooting and training

  • Stay on top of HubSpot product updates and best practices

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data governance principles

  • Experience with workflow automation, list management, and reporting

  • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for clean, structured data

  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and CS teams

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B environments

Bonus Points

  • Experience with other tools in our tech stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong)
