We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role will support the Sr Revenue Operations Manager in optimizing processes, enhancing sales performance, and improving data accuracy across the sales organization. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a key role in streamlining operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and ensuring efficient use of CRM tools and sales-related systems. For this role, we will only be able to hire candidates who are authorized to work in Poland or Romania.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient sales processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data. Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the sales team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support and address any process-related challenges. Assist with deal tracking, forecasting, and quota setting.
- Sales Tools & Technology: Manage the implementation and ongoing support & enablement of sales tools and technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and data to ensure smooth coordination of sales operations, including lead generation, revenue reporting, and customer retention efforts.
- Training & Onboarding: Support the sales team in the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes. Help onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and support.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all sales processes are well-documented and in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the fintech or adtech space. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or similar work experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Technical Competence: Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
COMPENSATION: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month
This role is completely remote and for this role we are ONLY able to hire candidates who are authorized to work in Poland or Romania.
