Are you an analytical problem solver who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful business decisions? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division.
What that means day to day
- Analyse commercial performance across marketing, business development, onboarding, account management and customer renewals, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Build, maintain and enhance revenue forecasts, monitor pipeline health and challenge forecast assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision-making.
- Own and administer commercial commission schemes, ensuring accurate calculation, validation and reporting aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor CRM adoption, data quality and sales process compliance, identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, governance and commercial workflows.
- Produce actionable insights and executive-level reporting that supports commercial leaders in making informed, evidence-based decisions.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating forecasts, commercial models and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience producing actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Power BI experience.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience supporting pipeline governance and forecasting processes.
- Experience within a subscription or recurring revenue business.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot or AI-driven solutions.
- Degree-level qualification.
- Previous Revenue Operations experience.
