Position Overview

This role requires an experienced analyst with a broad skillset covering back-end systems support, data management, modeling, visualization, and communication - with primary emphasis on the data, modeling, and visualization. We also value the ability to turn insights into action by working with operating teams to implement our action items. 
The role resides within the Revenue Operations organization and primarily supports the sales organization and leadership. It also interfaces with the Finance group to manage performance targets and support monthly reporting. Finally, operating insights elevate to company leadership to inform specific questions or provide cadenced monitoring of our key operating metrics.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Support company leadership with operational dashboards and executive summarization to facilitate immediate and accurate understanding of current trends
  • Support sales org (management and reps) with current reports to facilitate rep-level performance management
  • Build and maintain complex models (Excel, SQL) to support ongoing business processes
  • Maintain sales rep commissioning model: implement compensation plans, run the monthly cycle, and manage exceptions
  • Coordinate with IT to establish and maintain pipelines and ETL processes
  • Build dashboards / visualizations and act as frontline to identify / communicate trends or alarms
  • Structure & rationalize datasets for ongoing consumption
  • Construct ad hoc datasets and concise insights / actions in support of operational questions
  • Coordinate with finance to estimate, allocate, and update forecast and targets
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience building and maintaining quantitative models
  • 5 years of experience designing KPI and communicating performance upward & downward in organization
  • SQL coding for data preparation and analysis
  • AI integration with analytic workflows, e.g. code generation and data visualization
  • Salesforce (navigation & report building)
  • Data visualization (Power BI or similar)
  • Excel mastery
  • Powerpoint
