The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Revenue Intelligence Analyst to support business operations, leadership reporting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role will collaborate with multiple business units across the Affle Group, building data visualization, helping  define and calculate variable incentives, analyze key financial and operational metrics, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the preparation and delivery of management meeting decks, ensuring accurate financial insights and clear visual representations for strategic discussions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, data bases, and reports to support business operations, forecasting, and performance analysis.Explore and implement AI-driven tools for automated reporting and anomaly detection.
  • Define and calculate variable incentive structures in collaboration with multiple business units across the Affle Group to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Support financial planning and reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency through automation and best practices.Integrate AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate routine tasks
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, strategic decision-making, and executive reporting.
  • Work with large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to communicate complex insights clearly.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial reports and systems.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, business operations, or FP&A roles.
  • Fluency in english is a must (both written and speaking).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, etc.).
    • Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.(Desirable)
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools for data analysis.
    • Experience in implementing AI solutions for business intelligence is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
