ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ROLE
Univision, the largest Spanish-language media company in the world, is seeking an experienced Revenue Insights, Manager to join the Digital Revenue Operations team. In this critical role, you will apply business analysis techniques to drive strategic insights and enable data-driven decision-making to optimize global revenue across all Digital Video and Audio Streaming platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, editorial, finance, marketing, product, and tech, to translate business needs into actionable insights.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Oversee the validation and ongoing monitoring of data integrity across ad server data, third-party platforms, and BI tools to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess data availability, and ensure seamless data connections between internal/external sources to support advertising operations.
- Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Looker or other BI visualization tools, providing relevant advertising data insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Design and build custom data views (Explores, LookML dimensions, and measures) within Looker to address specific business and revenue insights needs.
- Conduct business requirements analysis ensuring the accurate integration of data sources and the creation of structured, actionable reports.
- Partnering with Internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to ensure new content or product offerings are accurately integrated into data systems and business reporting platforms.
- Provide ongoing recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, revenue optimization, and stakeholder decision-making.
YOU HAVE
- 5+ years of experience working with complex data sets, particularly in the digital media industry, and a focus on translating data into business insights.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong ability to analyze and assess data quality, structure, and alignment with business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and complex functions, to analyze and present data in a business context.
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective data architecture.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams across the organization.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Operative, Social platforms and other third-party ad platforms to drive insights into ad performance.
- Familiarity with video ad serving technologies and KPIs related to ad revenue and performance analysis.
- Experience with supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad servers, data management platforms (DMPs), and order management systems (OMS).
- A proactive self-starter who can drive analysis initiatives from start to finish, with a focus on business outcomes.
- A team-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset, able to engage stakeholders from multiple departments to deliver business-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Looker and LookML, including coding best practices for developing data views and models to support business decision-making.

- Must be willing to work from a TU office location (NY, FL, or other locations)

COMPENSATION RANGE
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Range: 75K-100K
