We’re hiring a Revenue Enablement Associate I to help level up our Youth, Club, and High School Sales team. You’ll build the guidance, training, and resources that help sellers perform confidently at a high level.
In this role, you’ll:
- Embed with the frontline. Work alongside the Sales team to understand what they do, how they do it, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Make change make sense. Understand upcoming changes and translate them into clear, practical guidance and communication so sellers know what’s changing, why, and what to do.
- Help sellers grow. Organize and facilitate trainings that keep our sellers sharp, informed, and ready for what’s next.
- Support the team. Be a go-to resource for sellers by answering questions, keeping learning resources easy to find, and spotting common gaps that need attention.
Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We're currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. You'll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.
Must-Haves- Organized and detail-oriented. You manage multiple priorities, coordinate logistics, and deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.
- Exceptional writer. You communicate clearly and precisely, especially in writing, and can turn complex topics into guidance people can understand.
- Engaging facilitator. You’re comfortable presenting and leading training sessions for groups of all sizes.
- Eager to learn and produce. You pick up new skills and tools quickly and work at pace.
- Sales understanding. You understand the sales cycle and the day-to-day challenges sellers face, and you bring empathy and a desire to help them grow and succeed.
- Confident communicator. You work comfortably with decision-makers and push back constructively when needed.
- Tool proficiency. You have CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.
- Self-driven and accountable. You take initiative, own projects from start to finish, and deliver high-quality work. When priorities shift, you adapt and keep moving.
- Enablement or frontline experience. Background in sales enablement or a sales role (BDR/SDR, AE, AM, CSM).
- Content creation and change management. Experience developing guidance and communicating new rollouts to end users.
- Tool expertise. Experience with Gong, Highspot, Salesloft, or Continu.
- Analytical mindset. You use data to find gaps and propose measurable solutions.
- Sports industry awareness. A general understanding of the youth, club, and high school sports landscape.
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too. Plus, every five years, we give you a paid sabbatical to unplug and recharge.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We're always investing in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Take care of your mental and physical health. Medical plans tailored for you and your family—including vision, dental, and fertility benefits—and stay supported with our EAP and Employee Resource Groups.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
