What You’ll Do 
Roles + Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and timely delivery of project milestones. 
- Sales: Maintain an existing $MM book of business while growing these opportunities and hunting for project-based and managed service opportunities. Manage client SOW creations, negotiations, and presentations. 
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and craft digital strategies that deliver measurable outcomes across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, content, and social. 
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, media) to ensure all projects meet client requirements and timelines. 
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage client budgets totaling $3-5M, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. 
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization, presenting insights to clients with actionable recommendations. 
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships to drive retention and identify upsell opportunities. Provide value-added insights and proactively address any challenges. 
- Revenue Growth: Identify additional business opportunities within the client’s scope, proposing new services, solutions, and approaches to meet client needs and drive revenue. 
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and provide direction on strategic objectives. 
What You’ll Bring 
Capabilities
- Experience: 5+ years in a sales/business development role within the services industry 
- Account Management: Proven experience managing high-value client accounts, specifically handling a portfolio or individual account(s) valued at $3-5M. 
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, email). 
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate results in a client-facing manner. 
- Client Relationship Management: Track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders. 
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
