Retoucher / Finished Artist

We are looking for a Retoucher/Finished Artist, someone with a strong sense for design and visual language, as well as a keen eye for detail and adaptability.

With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the Retoucher/Finished Artist includes:

• Leveraging your strong sense for design and visual language to enhance and refine visuals across various formats
• Adapting approved key visuals to various sizes and formats, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs
• Being responsible for final artwork design, delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Exhibiting strong organisational and management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
• Using new technologies effectively to enhance your retouching capabilities and improve the overall design process

To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

• A strong sense for design and visual language
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment
• Proven ability in adapting visuals across various sizes and formats
• Demonstrated experience in final artwork design
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience in leveraging new technologies in the design process
• A proactive approach to feedback and iteration, with a continuous learning mindset
• The passion to be well-organised, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask
• A positive and solution focussed attitude
• The willingness to grow with and alongside the business

The successful applicant will be required to work in our Sydney office, located in an amazing warehouse space optimised for collaboration, for at least four days a week.
