Customer retention is an integral part of our business. We build relationships with millions of users by leveraging on marketing automation tools that allow us to build web, email and push/in-app notification communication flows. Main Responsibilities
- Building, improving, and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns and customer journey flows (onboarding, retention, win-back campaigns using the Braze marketing automation platform).
- Managing and executing engaging in-app messaging campaigns.
- Defining audience segments, systematically experimenting with promotional offers, personalizing content and timing in order to maximize results.
Core Requirements
- Exceptional mathematical thinking - the ability to analyze problems and complex issues, identify patterns, apply logical reasoning and systemic approach.
- Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2-3 years of direct marketing or CRM experience, ideally with automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, ActiveCampaign or similar.
- Notable attention to detail, ensuring all campaigns meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Strong commitment and an attentive, meticulous attitude toward every detail.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
Salary Range
- Gross salary 2600 - 3500 EUR/Month.
