Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role with demonstrated track record of successful management
- Experience mentoring, coaching and leading new learners
- Skill in MS Office Suite of Programs
- Have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and good working relationships.
- Builds effective business relationships with key managers responsible for the delivery and execution of training programs for their organization
- Builds effective relationships with graduates of our custom training programs
- Builds action plans based on a needs analysis of the individual graduate
- Creates and implements a strategy to meet all expectations of each learner while working in coordination with the WFL Education Team as well as partner/corporate leaders
- Works with the Education Team on program maintenance and development
- Provides documentation including consistent and accurate reports of activities and challenges
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations
