Pacific Cycle is hiring for a Salsfiy Administrator! This exciting role will manage, configure, and optimize the Salsify platform within our organization. With opportunities to improve the overall product experience for our customers, this role will centralize, manage, and distribute product content to digital channels including Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
This role is eligible to work from Madison, WI or remotely from home in the states of IL, MN, or WI.
Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily administration and operation of the Salsify platform (including item setup and lifecycle changes)
- Configures and customize Salsify to meet organizational requirements and streamline business processes.
- Establishes data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product information.
- Collaborates with Sales Support and Retail Marketing Specialist to optimize syndication channels and enhance content for retail partners.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for Salsify-related inquiries and issues.
- Provides training and support to users on Salsify functionality and best practices.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Salsify Administrator capacity, or similar role, with a strong understanding of product content management principles.
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salsify, including creating attributes, categories, and workflows
- Experience with data governance practices, data modeling, and data quality management
- Salsify certification preferred
