We are currently looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager.

The selected individual will be responsible to:

  • Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
  • Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
  • Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
  • Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
  • Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
  • Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of responsible gaming principles and duty-of-care obligations
  • Familiarity with the MGA and Estonian frameworks
  • A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
  • Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Finnish are considered a significant advantage
