ARE YOU READY to step up to the New and take your technology expertise to the next level?

In today’s world, business leaders want to rapidly and confidently reinvent to increase resilience, mitigate risk, and grow with sustainable value.

That’s where Advanced AI and Data Center Greece comes in. We bring together strategic visionaries, industry experts, practitioners from across every enterprise function, business intelligence professionals, change specialists, data and AI authorities, and many other specialized skills to co-create each client’s unique path to reinvention. You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for your clients.

Our Responsible AI and AI Governance capability helps clients decide how AI gets governed, turns regulatory obligations into working controls, and builds the risk methods and training that make AI use defensible to a board or a regulator. These two roles cover the advisory side of that work, alongside a technical group handling testing, red teaming, tooling and evidence.

The four areas you will work across:

  • Governance and operating model design. Committee structures, RACI, AI policy, lifecycle gates, and the operating rules that decide how an AI system gets approved and by whom.
  • Regulatory obligation mapping and compliance roadmap. Translating EU AI Act obligations into concrete controls and sequencing them against the Regulation's dates.
  • AI risk methodology and controls framework. Screening and classification of AI systems, qualitative risk assessment, and the design of first and second level controls.
  • AI literacy and training. Role-based enablement programmes under Article 4, from executive audiences through to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI system inventories with client teams and classify systems by risk tier against the AI Act.
  • Draft AI policies, RACI matrices and lifecycle gate definitions, and take them through client review.
  • Map regulatory obligations to controls, and keep the mapping current as guidance develops.
  • Prepare and run risk assessment workshops with business, legal and technical stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver AI literacy sessions pitched at the audience in the room.
  • Produce the documentation a client relies on under audit: assessments, decision records and controls.
  • Work closely with the technical group so that what is designed on paper matches what is built.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • Consulting, risk, compliance or data governance background, with direct AI governance experience welcome but not required
  • Comfort reading regulation and translating it into practical controls and working documentation, with familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001 or similar frameworks an advantage
  • Working knowledge of AI risk and control frameworks, including system classification, obligation mapping and audit-ready documentation practices
  • Awareness of Responsible AI principles and practices, including fairness, transparency, accountability and human oversight, and how these translate into operational controls
  • Experience with AI governance and testing tooling such as Credo AI, IBM OpenScale or equivalent platforms
  • Understanding of data management practices including data lineage, data quality, access controls and governance frameworks relevant to AI systems
  • A working understanding of how machine learning and generative AI systems are built

Useful to have:

  • Current / Up to date experience with the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Exposure to risk and control frameworks, internal audit, or third-party and supply chain risk.
  • A working understanding of how machine learning and generative AI systems are built, and any relevant certification such as IAPP AIGP or CIPP/E.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to: life/health insurance, performance based bonuses, monthly vouchers, company car (depending on management level), flexible work arrangements, employee share purchase plan, TEA Accenture, parental leave, paid overtime (if needed) and various corporate discounts
  • Access to enterprise AI development tooling and the internal community building with it
  • Continuous hard and soft skills training & development through global platforms & local academy, including cloud certification paths (Azure, GCP)
  • Career coaching and mentorship to help you manage your career and develop professionally
  • Ongoing strengths and skills based evaluation process
  • Various opportunities to develop your career across a spectrum of clients, industries and projects
  • Diverse and inclusive culture
  • Corporate citizenship initiatives (access to volunteering opportunities, charity work etc.)
  • Under our Brain Regain initiative, extra relocation benefits may apply
