Skills Required
- Completed training in the insurance sector, such as a certified IAF financial advisor qualification or federal financial advisor certificate
- Leadership and strong motivation to guide pension advisors toward success while setting an example in sales
- Enthusiastic, engaging personality with strong social and sales skills
- Strong motivation and organized, target-oriented working style
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation
