RESPONSIBILITIES
Member of the CODIR of the site, the main role of the Site Quality Manager is to define, manage and control the implementation of the quality policy and action plan of the company or site relating to products, materials, investments, process modifications, etc ., ensure compliance with standards with regard to the requirements and regulations in force (GMP, ICHQ7, ISO 9001, FSSC ISO22000 and Evonik standards), in relation with customers, suppliers and authorities.
- Establishment and development of on-site quality culture in cooperation with all departments;
- Definition of orientations, objectives and quality action plan for the entity;
- Management and assurance of process compliance with regulatory standards and customer satisfaction;
- Realization and / or supervision of internal / external audits related to the quality of products (suppliers, subcontractors);
- Organization and management of on-site inspections, by customers and competent authorities;
- Establishing, monitoring of application and document management of quality assurance procedures;
- Qualification of equipment, products and consumables purchased;
- Establish a quality assurance training system for all employees, adapted to their jobs;
- Follow-up of customer / supplier complaints, control of customer satisfaction;
- Evaluation of the consequences of the changes in terms of quality (organization, documentation, validation, training, premises, investments, suppliers...);
- Management of quality contracts with customers;
- On-site quality project management;
- Technology watch in its field of competence;
- Adapt and improve the quality system and its tools.
- Training of people in QA and QC
- Design and adapt the quality system, its tools (audits, surveys, diagnosis, etc.);
- Build and animate training actions in the department;
- Develop the quality action plan, develop and write quality procedures, quality audit reports;
- Planning and organization of activities / studies / projects in its field of activity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English;
- French proficiency;
- Doctorate in pharmacy or chemistry or higher education or engineering;
- Knowledge of GMP standards as well as Feed, Food, Halal, Kosher regulations, etc.;
- MS Office knowledge;
- > 10 year of experience in comparable position in API or excipient industry;
- Experience in customer audits and authority inspections (e. g. ANSM and / or US-FDA);
- Experience in development of an organization;
- Interaction with customers on quality topics.
