Il nostro scopo è di supervisionare tutte le attività del contraente del design build ed agire come rappresentante del Cliente per tutti gli appaltatori e gli stakeholder, fornendo assistenza in tutte le questioni relative alla progettazione ed alla costruzione di questo iconico progetto.

Stiamo cercando un Responsabile della Programmazione e Controllo che si occupi di tutte le funzioni correlate ai suoi reparti. Ci rivolgiamo a persone ambiziose, dotate di una competenza specialistica senza pari e di una precedente esperienza in numerosi progetti infrastrutturali e con numerosi clienti.

Responsabilità chiave

· Fornisce orientamento, direzione e assistenza specializzata per la risoluzione di problemi di controllo di progetto complessi e difficili.

· Si interfaccia con i clienti, partecipa a riunioni periodiche e fornisce raccomandazioni strategiche su questioni critiche per supportare il processo decisionale.

· Guida la definizione dell'architettura di codifica principale del programma, integrando tutti i requisiti funzionali e lo sviluppo di un sistema di reporting solido, puntuale e preciso per l'intero programma.

· Guida lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di procedure di controllo del progetto per supportare l'implementazione delle best practice, principalmente per i processi di gestione di pianificazione, costi, valore acquisito, rischi e cambiamenti.

· Gestisce un team di specialisti del controllo di progetto qualificati per analizzare, valutare e prevedere i costi del progetto, nonché le prestazioni rispetto a una pianificazione stabilita con traguardi critici. Valuta l'impatto delle modifiche alla progettazione e alla costruzione e degli slittamenti nei tempi previsti.

· Raccomanda e supervisiona l'implementazione e la personalizzazione dei sistemi di controllo del progetto per soddisfare requisiti specifici del progetto.

· Coordina le esigenze di personale, assegna e supervisiona le attività di lavoro del progetto e forma il personale.

· Esegue valutazioni delle prestazioni e fornisce obiettivi e opportunità di sviluppo del personale per i dipendenti assegnati.

· Svolge altre responsabilità associate a questa posizione, se opportuno.

Competenze richieste

· Laurea quinquennale in Ingegneria, Gestione delle Costruzioni o campo correlato

· oltre 20 anni di esperienza complessiva nel settore, di cui oltre 10 anni in un progetto di simile portata.

· Ottime capacità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team in modo collaborativo.

· Ottime capacità comprovate di gestione degli stakeholder a livello di C-suite.

· Forte intuito per gli affari e capacità di prendere decisioni consapevoli basate su dati e analisi.

· È richiesta esperienza in PMO/PMC.

· Conoscenze di base in ingegneria civile e infrastrutturale.

· Efficaci capacità orali e scritte per presentazioni ai clienti, relazioni tecniche e corrispondenza interna/esterna; capacità di presentare efficacemente le informazioni alle principali parti interessate.

· Ottime competenze informatiche, tra cui la conoscenza del software Project Controls e della suite Microsoft Office.

· Capacità di gestire e motivare un team di professionisti nella gestione dei lavori edili.

· Capacità di interagire a tutti i livelli con il team di progetto, il cliente e altri soggetti.

· Capacità di rispondere in modo efficace alle richieste o ai reclami più delicati.

· Capacità di applicare i principi del pensiero logico o scientifico a un'ampia gamma di problemi relativi alle funzioni di supporto.

Project Controls Director (Suspension Bridge Project)

Parsons is proud to be the selected PMC assisting our Client, in managing the full project delivery. Our scope is to oversee all activity of the design build contractor and to act as the client’s representative to all assigned contractors and stakeholders; providing resolution to any arising technical and contractual issues.

Job Description

We are looking to engage a Project Controls Director to lead on all related functions to their department. We are targeting ambitious individuals; possessing unrivalled subject matter expertise and a prior exposure to numerous infrastructure projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.

· Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides strategy-type recommendations on critical matters to support decision making.

· Leads the establishment of the program master coding architecture, integrating all functional requirements, and the development of a robust, scalable reporting system across the program.

· Guides the development and implementation of project controls procedures to support the implementation of best practices, primarily for schedule, cost, earned value, risk and change management processes.

· Manages a team of Project Control specialists who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones. Assesses the impact of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.

· Recommends and oversees the implementation and customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.

· Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel.

· Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development goals and opportunities for the assigned employees.

· Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Required Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field

· 20+ years of overall related experience, including 10+ years within a project of similar scale.

· Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

· Proven strong stakeholder management skills to c-suite level.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to make well-informed decisions based on data and analysis.

· PMO/PMC experience is required.

· Requires basic engineering knowledge in civil and infrastructure.

· Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence; ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders.

· Proficient PC skills including proficiency in Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to manage and encourage a team of construction management professionals.

· Ability to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.

· Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

· Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of support function problems.

· Fluent in Italian and English Language
