Parexel FSP is seeking for a Resourcing Analyst in Mexico, Argentina or Brazil. The position will be remote.
Job Purpose:
Resource Management at PAREXEL is ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, while balancing labor cost, profitability, and client satisfaction. The FSP Resourcing Analyst is responsible to support the resourcing function for Parexel’s FSP Organization. Engages with senior levels of the business to influence resource related decisions and challenge assumptions. Adapts resourcing models and processes to an ever-changing corporate environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic
- Maintain macro-level understanding of awarded work, potential new business, resource demand for the next 3-6 months, resource supply and challenges within the scope of the role for unitized accounts
- Help drive decisions in a matrix environment
- Maintains a good understanding of industry best practices on resourcing and drives to apply
- Leads/supports strategic initiatives for resourcing size and mix forecasts at a client level.
- Participate in initiatives such as process development, change management and communications strategy
Deep-Dive Analytics
- Understand at a leadership level what information our key stakeholders need; build additional enhancements into automated tracking based on these needs to enable stakeholders by providing them with real time, detailed, summarized updates, including all the information needed to make informed business decisions
- Participate in staff meetings of operational leadership and support resourcing decisions
- Maintains a good understanding of the demand/supply alignment of resources for unitized accounts (e.g., resource to sold)
- Develop, prepare, and distribute resourcing projection reports (monthly at a minimum or more frequently as needed) for unitized accounts. Provide resourcing overview to operational leads/heads as appropriate
Operational Support
- Constantly engage with Manager / Sr Manager, Resourcing & Communication on resource utilization and upcoming free capacity (3 – 6 months)
- Positions / req management (new requests and/or clean up)
- Effectively utilize the Resource Management tool to build / maintain accurate rosters
- Run reports on resource management tool to check for mismatch between resourcing hours in database and actual hours for any FSP resources assigned temporary to FSO
- Evaluate and assist in the development of resource planning tools and databases as needed
- Develop and evaluate resourcing procedures, processes, and training materials
- Maintain a working knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements and PAREXEL SOPs
- Distribution List maintenance
Manage THRIVE Costs
- Effectively execute the reassignment process to reduce the amount of time employees are on bench in a non-billable capacity
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure advanced notification and swift reassignment activity against existing recruiting openings

Knowledge and Experience:
- Relevant work experience in CRO or pharmaceutical field
- Years of experience 1-6
- Competent in written and oral English in addition to local language
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree required
