Position Purpose:
The Resource Manager is responsible for planning, allocating, and optimizing resources to support successful client implementations. This role partners closely with implementation leadership and delivery teams to ensure projects are appropriately staffed, capacity is balanced, and client go-lives are delivered on time and with high quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, allocate, and manage resources across implementation projects and delivery initiatives
- Monitor capacity, utilization, and availability of implementation consultants
- Partner with Implementation Project Managers to forecast staffing needs and resolve conflicts
- Maintain accurate resource plans, schedules, and forecasts
- Identify risks related to resource constraints and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new implementation resources
- Provide visibility into resource utilization and delivery performance metrics
- Continuously improve resource management processes to support scalable delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project delivery
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, payroll, HR technology, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with implementation or client onboarding models
- Experience with project or resource management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Agile, PMP, or similar certifications
Licenses/Certifications:
- Agile, PMP, or similar certifications
