Do you want to craft strategy, help make better products, and get your hands dirty with release plans and user stories? 3Pillar is looking for a resource manager to join our growing Team. This Manager will be a key member of our team, working directly with our domestic clients on mission critical engagements.
- Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure BAU activities are efficiently executed.
- Account governance, Tracking and reporting of individual accounts, Prepare regular status reports for senior management, Timely escalation and coordination for conflict resolution.
- Analysing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
- Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organisational goals.
- Optimising resource utilisation by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
- Coordinate with human resources, procurement and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of resources as per project requirements.
- Maintaining accurate resource records and documentation, including resource schedules, utilisation reports and allocation decisions.
- Conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity and capacity to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition.
- Margin management
- Taking care of the configurator, communication plan, resource requests, contract renewals etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in resource management preferably in project based environment .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and optimisation principles and methodologies, preferably in the Indian context.
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimise resource allocation
- Relationship builder. Highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior level stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management
