Job Description

INSAGIC is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic language and discourse specialist to join our team of healthcare communication experts. You will have advanced training in interactional sociolinguistics, such as conversation analysis, narrative analysis, ethnographic methods, and sociolinguistic fieldwork. Research insights to our teams and clients, while balancing academic theory and business practicality, is necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct in-depth analyses of conversations between healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Combine linguistic patterns into and meaningful insights for client marketing research teams.
  • Advocate research findings to internal and client audiences through comprehensive reports (PowerPoint) and engaging presentations.
  • Mentor junior researchers and guide their analytical and professional development.
  • Collaborate with different teams to integrate linguistic insights into broader business strategies.

Qualifications

  • MA/MS or degree in linguistics or related fields with advanced coursework in linguistics.
  • 1 years of experience in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading research projects and teams.


Requirements:

  • Manage complex research projects.
  • Commitment to deadlines.
  • Deep interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.


Skills:

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Research experience using sociolinguistic principles.
