- Support Partners and Customers in engaging with our clinico-genomic datasets, tools, and platform
- Prepare and maintain materials for the data user onboarding experience, including user guides and orientation presentations
- Gather and incorporate client feedback to iteratively refine the data solution design
- Design and build data processing pipelines for producing both clinical and genomic datasets
- Develop strong internal relationships while working cross-functionally with our Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Product, and Commercial teams
- Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a partner facing role such as sales engineering, or a related technical applications role.
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including agentic workflows and coding assistants such as Claude Code
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operation teams to ensure research users are successful in their work
- Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes both quality and agility
- Knowledge of the benefits and challenges of cloud-based data management and analysis, including hands-on experience with cloud computing

- Expected Helix Base: $106,000 - $148,000
- Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 10% of your annual salary
