As the Senior Research Manager, S&T you will manage team focused on process development and that performs complex technical work of compounds with high impact. You will demonstrate technical expertise, independent judgment, and leadership in solving challenging problems. You will report to the Business Director SSG OLED-Specialty Products and will work onsite at the Monroeville R&D Center.

Responsibilities:
Manage process improvement/technical projects of high complexity and scope.
Innovate solutions to complex problems using professional expertise, modern tools and industry knowledge.
Evaluate and interpret experimental data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Lead the technical transfer of processes to production and support QA team with specification of raw materials and finished products.
Provide technical support for raw material supply and collaborate with supply chain, procurements and suppliers.
Present technical findings to stakeholders, including senior management.
Mentor and develop your team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Build strategic partnerships within and outside the company to enhance project outcomes.
Ensure strict adherence to EHS, quality, and safety protocols while promoting best practices.
Qualifications:
PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or similar.
10+ years' of experience.
Deep knowledge of scientific principles, industry practices, and technical tools.
Knowledge of process development techniques of chemical processes, analytical problem-solving experience, and scalability for production.
Understanding of process transfer process from grams to multi kilo grams scale.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Understanding of data analytics, AI, and data engineering principles for use in research.
