The Ipsos Understanding Unlimited service line uses Qualitative techniques to humanize data and bring cultural intelligence into our clients’ thinking. Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in research or strategic insights
  • Experience running research projects end-to-end using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Fluent in English and Croatian
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and present insights
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop research approaches and recommendations
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and contribute to business development (proposals, pitches)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in team environments
