Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.仕事内容/What the Role Entails

As a Research Intern at LightSpeed Studios, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside researchers and engineers in the field. You will contribute to groundbreaking research projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help develop novel AI models, algorithms, and applications. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.

Conduct research on advanced AI models and algorithms.

Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to design, implement, and evaluate new AI techniques.

Develop and optimize machine learning models and architectures.

Assist in the preparation of research papers, reports, and presentations for internal and external dissemination.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning literature.

応募資格/Who We Look For

Currently attending a degree program in Japan.

Experience in one area of computer science (e.g., Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.)

Experience contributing research projects or efforts, including publishing papers in major conferences or journals.

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
