Roles & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
- Support research work – downloading annual reports of clients and competition, researching on LinkedIn and pulling CVs and other details of identified candidates, getting their contact details, checking preliminary interests and setting up meetings etc
- Documentation – finalize (of course with help from seniors) RFIs, Candidate Assessments Forms(CAST FORM), Comp Charts etc
- Documentation – printing & preparation of dockets prior to review meetings with clients or prior to interviews
