Location: Santa Monica, CA
Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Potential for conversion at the end of 18 months depending on the needs of the business)
Rate: $35-$39/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammalian cell culture, cell counting, media preparation, and routine laboratory procedures.
- Execute laboratory experiments following established protocols and SOPs.
- Support laboratory automation, liquid handling, and sample processing workflows.
- Prepare reagents, consumables, and materials for experiments.
- Maintain accurate experimental records using electronic laboratory notebooks and laboratory data systems.
- Assist with data collection, quality checks, and organization of experimental results.
- Troubleshoot routine laboratory and automation workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on laboratory experience through industry, academic research, internship, or similar experience.
- Practical experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laboratory automation or liquid handling systems.
- Experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry sample preparation, or molecular biology techniques.
- Experience with ELN, LIMS, or laboratory data management systems.
Skills Required
