Job DescriptionAbout the Job
The Research and Development Specialist works with multiple teams to develop new and existing products. This is a highly-coveted technology role that is perfect for geeks who love to have hands-on experience with consumer electronics and related accessories. R&D team members are highly regarded as the primary force to keep the rocket moving.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in product testing, product research, competitor analysis, product design, technical documentation/manual, product packaging, and product deployment
- Implement and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all experiments and processes
- Provide technical information to the sales and marketing teams to market and sell products in domestic and international marketplaces
- Partner with customer service team to answer product questions, emails, and phone calls
- Reports directly to Research and Development Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in consumer electronics or related technical field is highly preferred
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Have great attention to details and sense of ownership
- Take initiatives and directions and collaborate with others
This is a full-time position with benefits. Medical,Dental and Vision. Paid Vacation time, Sick time and paid holidays.
