We are looking for a passionate Research Analyst, who will play a crucial role in optimizing our complex production system through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work on challenging problems in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in statistical analysis and uplift modelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance metrics;
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for market share growth;
- Optimize trading constraints and evaluate changes;
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze data;
- Decompose strategies into measurable components;
- Detect anomalies and analyze performance issues;
- Accelerate decision-making processes by designing analytical dashboards;
- Improve simulation credibility by training dynamic parameteric models.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, numpy, and PyTorch;
- Solid understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
- Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning;
- Expertise in statistical testing and A/B experiment design;
- Familiarity with ML system design;
- Passion for investigating complex open-ended questions through data analysis;
- Desire to develop decision-making skills based on probabilistic metrics;
- Enthusiasm for optimizing metric sensitivity and power.
