The Opportunity
Databook is looking to fill multiple role openings in their research team in India with the aim of
supporting the platform, data, insights and deliverables. The research team in India will be
supporting Databook’s Data & Insights, Product and Customer Strategy teams by identifying and
synthesizing unstructured data and critical information that deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities will include:
● Identifying key insights such as strategic priorities, peer groups, executive compensation,
and professionals from investor documents and financial statements of global publicly
listed organizations
● Searching for thought leadership articles and adding insights to the industry decks
● Performing company, strategic and financial analysis on publicly traded organizations
● Synthesize disparate pieces of information that helps in creating a company point of
view, supporting the Customer Strategy team
● Execute self-verification efforts and perform quality reviews ensuring all activities are
error-free and have met project timelines
● Support ongoing product development tasks to enhance platform insights and support
internal product operations
About You
● 1-2 years of relevant work experience
● Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance/business with an exceptional academic record
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Workspace
(Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) would be an added
advantage
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; including experience
working with matrixed teams
● Strong desire to learn about investor relations documents including Annual/Quarterly
Reports, Earnings Presentations, Company Presentations, Proxy Statements, and
additional documents

● Strong work ethic and commitment to completing work in a timely fashion and to the
highest quality, demonstrating solid attention to detail
● Willingness to learn and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
● Willingness to take on additional tasks, as may be required
