Who we are looking for

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented IT professionals with a strong technology background, as well as a great propensity for creative problem-solving. Joining our local Scrum teams based in Athens, the successful candidate will work closely with international development teams and create mobile and web solutions for challenging projects!

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathering and identifying stakeholder needs, objectives, and constraints through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
  • Evaluating requirements to ensure their feasibility, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Defining, structuring, and formalizing requirements into user stories, use cases, or functional specifications.
  • Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of expectations.
  • Collaborating with teams to verify that solutions meet defined requirements and effectively address stakeholder needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Proven experience in gathering and managing requirements for software development projects

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, DOORS, IBM Rational, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
