Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Requirements Engineer to join our team in Hawaii! In this role you will get to be on the forefront of a dynamic solution providing end users with powerful capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You’ll provide agile solutions to SOCPAC operators throughout the theater of operations.
- You will be the primary customer engagement person responsible for assisting the project manager in setting expectations and delivering results.
- Be the primary site advocate for solutions we deliver.
- Provide on-site daily support for the GOTS solution at SOCPAC.
- Manage user and group accounts within the software.
- Train users on correct use of the solution.
- Recommend updates to Tactics, Technics and Procedures (TTPs) to fully utilize the solution capabilities and maximize the return on SOCPAC’s investment.
- Liaise with our team members around the globe to discuss new solutions and understand their applicability to SOCPAC.
- Understand the SOCPAC mission requirements and identify how our solutions support them.
- Collect and document requirements from current and potential user communities.
- Assist with deployment of updated software and solutions at fast-paced intervals.
- Perform system administration tasks with direction from technical staff.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience conducting or supporting military operations / exercises.
- 5 + years of customer-facing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience on small, agile teams.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to change direction as customer requirements dictate.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and technology.

Salary Range:
$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
