Requirement Engineer – Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Location: Bolzano, Italy (onsite 2 weeks per month) / Remote/Hybrid the rest of the time

We are looking for a motivated Requirement Engineer to join our team working on electric vehicle (EV) charging station projects in Bolzano. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders for EV charging station projects.
- Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Support project planning and execution by ensuring requirement alignment.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and site visits (approx. 2 weeks/month in Bolzano).
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel to Bolzano approx. 2 weeks per month.
