We are looking for a Requests Management Officer to join our Requests & Complaints Management team in Athens. This role will be responsible for handling all types of borrower requests, from payment plan or a debt certificate, to investigating detailed questions from borrowers regarding their loan characteristics.

A day in the life of a Requests Management Officer includes:

  • Managing incoming borrowers’ requests from various communication channels (email, letter, phone);
  • Reviewing, assessing, and responding to requests following regulatory and internal deadlines;
  • Ensuring proper documentation and tracking of all requests in relevant systems.
  • Investigating and preparing the necessary material for the Complaints Management team;
  • Identifying areas for improvement and to optimize the borrower’s journey during the restructuring loan cycle;
  • Proposing initiatives to optimize the effectiveness of processes within the team;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.


Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services sector;
  • Familiarity with the core activities of Loan Operations;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
  • Studies in business administration, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Active listening skills and team spirit.
