Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Reqtify-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure the quality and performance of solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Reqtify software.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
