Objetivo del Rol:
El representante Comercial Senior, enfocado en los segmentos de infraestructura oil & gas y minería, comercializa y promociona nuestros productos, identificando la necesidad detrás de la necesidad del cliente para ofrecerle soluciones que generen valor mutuo con el fin de posicionar la marca en todos los sectores y mercados posibles, cumpliendo con el presupuesto y metas de venta definidas.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Negociar, gestionar quejas u objeciones y cerrar acuerdos con clientes actuales y potenciales con el fin de cumplir el presupuesto de ventas y lograr la rentabildiad esperada.
- Preparar propuestas sobre productos y servicios para generar ofertas de valor agregado y de mejora continua logrando fidelizar a nuestros clientes.
- Construir proyecciones de ventas con la información del cliente con el fin garantizar la disponibilidad de existencias para ventas y demostraciones.
- Crear revisiones e informes frecuentes con datos financieros y de ventas con el fin de controlar el proceso de la venta dando cumplimiento al presupuesto y metas de venta definidos.
- Realizar seguimiento a la cartera de los clientes y buscar los acuerdos de pago requeridos para garantizar el cierre del ciclo de venta.
- Actualizar el CRM del negocio de acuerdo a las visitas realizadas a los clientes y generar los reportes de visita requeridos para darle seguimiento y cumplimiento a los compromisos.
- Participar en el análisis técnico de las reclamaciones de calidad para garantizar una correcta respuesta a los clientes.
- Realizar inteligencia de mercados con los clientes respecto a las actividades de la competencia e informar al equipo de trabajo, para identificar oportunidades que nos permitan crecer en el mercado.
Requisitos:
- 2 años de experiencia o más, en el negocio comercial de oil & gas (si se tiene la experiencia en pinturas será una ventaja significativa)
- Educación: profesional en Ingeniería industrial, química, mecánica o similares.
- Manejo de paquetería de Office.
- Inglés básico/ intermedio.
- Radicar en Villavicencio o Bogotá. El rol atenderá los llanos orientales (Arauca, Meta, Casanare).
