This position is part of the US People Operations team within a Global Business Services organization working closely with internal sectors and specializing in the reporting function. As an expert in reporting, you will act in a proactive consulting manner with global stakeholders and leadership within the HR and Business Services sectors on reporting needs while driving automation and LEAN ways of working to support ASML’s sustainability as an industry leader. This position will oversee and own reporting in the US People Operations team as a function and create and present interactive and concise data insights and trends to executive leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for overseeing and maintaining all reporting responsibilities owned and delivered within the US People Operations team focusing on automation and LEAN methodology 

  • Responsible for efficiently handling ad-hoc reporting inquiries from stakeholders including People Operations team and US HR team and COE’s, including to but not limited to, creating reports, automating and scheduling reports, and reducing manual effort involved with reporting.  

  • Strategically and proactively assess reporting needs and opportunities including but not limited to; educational workshops, feedback sessions, resource enhancement, and needs analysis to enhance the reporting capabilities within the People Operations and US HR team.  

  • Active collaboration with global reporting team and stakeholders on reporting access and automation within standard security guidelines. 

  • Generates insights using advanced analytics for storytelling, using data to make informed decisions. 

  • Effectively manages stakeholders within relevant organizations including to but not limited to Business Services and HR, to build effective working relationships, expertise ambassadorship and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business plans. 

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in multiple systems including but not limited to Workday, ServiceNow, and PowerBI 

  • Advises on ‘technical’ / content subjects, making proposals for translating given policies to business situations. 

  • Proactively identifying customer-centered improvements and participating in improvement projects while considering future implications and customer requirements. Driving standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes. 

  • Asks detailed questions, provides feedback and advice to internal and external stakeholders on the own specialism

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or combination of education and experience. 

  • Experience in PowerBI, Workday reporting, and Servicenow a plus 

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in HR or business operations

 

Skills  

  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerAutomate, Teams, OneNote, etc.

  • Proficient use of PowerBI, Workday, and ServiceNow programs preferred 

  • Ability to consistently and independently meet deadlines and deliverables  

  • Consulting agility & style flexibility to understand customer needs and deal with a broad range of customers in a proactive manner  

  • Ability to use LEAN methodology and problem solving to identify and alleviate root concerns in day to day and drive continuous improvement within the reporting function 

  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents and provide meaningful and creative data insights and report outs for team and executive leadership 

  • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales 

  • Acts with integrity and instills trust with stakeholders 

  • Ability to network, establish, and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customers 

  • Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability 

  • Demonstrates Challenge, Collaborate and Care (3 C’s) in customer interfacing both towards employees, managers & HR colleagues   

 

Other Information 

  • This position is located on-site in Chandler, AZ . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. (Important to insert additional onsite language specific to the role: i.e., inspection, specific training and supervision, etc.)  

  • A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week.  

 

Role within Office Responsibilities   

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. 

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. 

  • May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs. 

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
