About the Reporting & Analytics Internship:
Build hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and KPI tracking. Strengthen your technical and analytical skills through advanced Excel, financial systems, data tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI, and exposure to SQL, while developing business communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Program Structure:
- Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
- Location: Mequon, WI
- Start Date: May 2027
- Duration: Year-round internship
What we're looking for:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred experience:
- Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major.
- Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Oracle experience.

- Create and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards and datasets.
