A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Reports Analyst in the Workforce Management (WFM) team, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and distributing reports that inform critical workforce planning and operational decisions. You will play a key role in enabling the WFM function to focus on core areas like forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management by delivering actionable data insights and maintaining high reporting standards.

Your day could see you:

  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to staffing, adherence, service levels, and other operational KPIs

  • Analyzing trends and variances in key performance metrics to provide actionable insights

  • Maintaining data integrity and ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs

  • Collaborating with WFM, Operations, and other departments to support reporting requirements

  • Automating repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Creating dashboards or visual tools to help stakeholders interpret data more effectively

  • Supporting ad hoc report requests and contributing to projects that enhance reporting capabilities

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a WFM-related role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in BPO or contact center reporting is preferred
