Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and data solutions across HR systems and reporting platforms including Workday and Qlik. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that enable HR teams and business leaders to make informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
Create, deliver, and maintain reports and dashboards for end users, ensuring data quality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and completeness
Design and build reporting solutions and visualizations using HR systems and business intelligence tools such as Workday, Qlik, and or similar platforms.
Collaborate with business partners to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Support data analysis projects through data gathering, validation, cleansing, and reporting
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from HR and other departments, providing timely and accurate data to support decision-making
Optimize reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and efficiency
Support initiatives aimed at improving HR data management, reporting automation, and analytics capabilities
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and reporting standards
Stay up to date on reporting and analytics best practices, emerging technologies, and system enhancements

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for HR or business stakeholders
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Workday, Excel, Qlik, or similar business intelligence platforms
Demonstrated experience developing reporting and analytics solutions using Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, advanced formulas, and business intelligence platforms such as Qlik, including scripting and QVD file management
Experience working with large datasets, data validation, and translating business requirements into reporting solutions
Problem-solving and solution-seeking mentality
Preferred
Experience with Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Dashboards, BIRT, and/or Workday Studio
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Qlik, or similar platforms, including Qlik scripting and QVD file management
Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively
Experience with SQL or other data querying and data management tools
