As a top media in global capital markets, you will cover the cutting edge of the markets together with editorial colleagues all over the world.
 
You will be a trusted reporter to the market professionals, while delivering terms of conditions regarding new issues and follow-on deals. Role Responsibilities

  • In charge of day-to-day administrative support for the editorial team
  • Drive event planning such as DealWatch Awards Gala Dinner and Roundtables
  • Provide editorial support with financial news and DealWatch Year Book publication
  • Collect information, maintain database and research to support journalists
  • Edit and package news in most appropriate formats for customers
  • Prepare and take part in coverage of predictable events, such as economic indicators and press release
  • Supervise other media, including the websites of competitors
  • Write short articles such as deal express and straight news

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • At least a few years' experience as an assistant at banks or financial industry/ or events planning / work as journalist or an editorial support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in Japanese and English
  • Attention to details, ensure data accuracy and ability to lead several tasks in timely manner
  • Willingness to proactively support and take responsibilities for the team
  • Financial knowledge, especially in bond market / stock market will be a plus
