The Replenishment Planner (6 Month) supports inventory management and product flow to ensure items are in stock across all channels (retail, marketplace, and e-commerce). This role works closely within the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels, assist in generating purchase orders and transfers, and help maintain smooth communication with vendors and internal teams. The goal is to contribute to achieving a 99.5% on-time delivery while learning foundational skills in replenishment planning. This will be accomplished by analyzing reports and generating and updating trend documents that evaluate sell through rates, promotional requirements and growth.

In this role you will:

  • Update replenishment templates and assist with basic inventory analysis.
  • Monitor sales and stock reports to identify low stock items and assist with order creation and transfers.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding delivery timelines, backorders, and product availability.
  • Gathering and analysis of data, identifying trends or points of importance to the department or business.
  • Analyze a variety of reports to proactively plan for growth and spikes in demand.
  • Communicate relevant updates to Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service teams including issues affecting inventory or customer orders.
  • Coordinating and supporting reverse product flow/empty  container pick-up throughout the company to ensure proper execution of the RTV (returns) process.

The qualifications and experience we like to see:

  • 1-2 years experience working in purchasing or supply chain operations in a retail/wholesale environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in supply chain forecasting and replenishment with either Oracle, Logility, SAP and JDA Manugistics is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a current open position.  The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually.  Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labor market.

Skills Required
