What you'll do
The Replenishment Analyst role is critical in supporting trü frü’s top customers by overseeing and optimizing inventory management. This role will partner closely with customers to proactively manage all aspects of efficiently delivering the right product to the right place at the right time The ideal candidate will be detail and action oriented, possess strong analytical abilities and have proven track-record within a supply chain organization. We are looking for experience in customer systems and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Note: This is a remote role if you are located in Minnesota and a hybrid role if you are located in Utah.
Job Aspects:
- Inventory Management: Actively work with our customers to manage orders, recommend forecast, create inventory opportunities, and create solutions to supply issues
- Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, such as in stocks, OTIF and other fulfillment metrics. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on performance, customer metrics, and market trends. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
- Forecasting: Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgeting. Perform pre and post promotional analysis to improve future accuracy and inform strategic planning.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain teams to create seamless service for customers. Work with customers’ Inventory Analysts to optimize service in line with business objectives
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to cross functional processes. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency. Improve non-trade deductions (ex OTIF), order compliance, find opportunities to optimize route to market

You have...
- A bachelor’s degree in business or in a closely related field
- 4+ years of experience in CPG sales or replenishment roles within Club or Mass channel
- Familiarity with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and standard measures of sales performance
- Exceptional working proficiency of Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influencing skills
- Discipline to organize, track and follow-through details, as well as manage multiple tasks
Pluses (if applicable)
- Prior experience in inventory management or supply chain field is preferred.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
