Position Summary:The Repack Coordinator is responsible for managing the repack process for beer products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, cleanliness, and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Repack beer as it arrives from route deliveries.
- Manage inventory in the Repack Room, including breakage and damaged beer daily.
- Ensure proper beer rotation on shelves to maintain freshness.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the Repack Room.
- Submit repack supply orders to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Place all repacked beer in designated warehouse areas for restocking.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager regarding loose repack inventory.
- Monitor close-date areas, checking for damage and verifying code dates.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
