Role Purpose

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the role is part of a collaborative team of professionals located across London, Cork and Madrid, responsible for oversight of several investments across Europe. The Manager, Treasury will be responsible for monthly financial reporting and day to day finance operations for a portfolio structure in Europe, as well as supporting the wider treasury function.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Monitoring and reporting of day-to-day treasury, liquidity and capital management operations

• Preparation of regular cashflow forecasting and responsible for bank account set ups and monitoring, ensuring in line with SOX requirements

• Assist in preparation of funds flows with operating companies and oversee payment execution

• Accounting and reporting requirements for a portfolio structure under IFRS, including timely and accurate review and posting of month-end close and accounting transactions

• Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet analysis for review and supporting balance sheet reconciliations

• Review quarterly reporting deliverables under IFRS for group reporting

• Analyze and review financial and lending information reported by the operating platforms

• Responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements and management of external audit process

• Preparation of quarterly compliance certificates and other submissions to support lender reporting

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide variance analysis to actuals monthly for management review

• Perform ad-hoc analyses upon request to support diverse business requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2:1 grade or above undergraduate degree

• 3-4 years post qualified ACA / ACCA from top 10 accounting firms, preferably with relevant sector industry experience

• Experience in a treasury function, debt management and compliance reporting is an asset

• Experience with OneStream and other finance systems is beneficial

• Highly competent in fundamentals of accounting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities and deadlines

• Self-motivated, proactive and demonstrates initiative
