Renewable Energy Support Specialist – EVSE
The Renewable Energy Support Specialist works to maintain On Time Delivery, Margins & Revenue Growth through collaboration with Customers, Coworkers & Suppliers for new & existing EVSE opportunities.
The Renewable Energy Support Specialist will:
- Perform the quoting and processing of EVSE inquiries & orders.
- Lead the product selection process based on customer requirements .
- Facilitate customer meetings. (Solution & product introductions; joint meetings w/ suppliers; specification reviews.)
- Analyze system generated reports to proactively track & expedite open orders.
- Respond to Customer requests by providing information on delivery, expediting, and tracking missing or delayed shipments.
- Follow up and confirm customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Margin through system generated reports looking for trends and opportunities to improve.
- Maintain Supplier pricing within the business system. Provide customer notification & impact on outstanding quotes.
- Assist in the tracking & processing of Supplier & Customer non-conformances and returns.
- Attend internal and external training on EVSE products and systems offered by our vendors.
- Support the quality initiatives set forth by the Region.
- Take on other tasks as assigned.
To be successful, you will have/be:
- Associates degree in business or technical field. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree or pattern of pursuing a degree.
- Prior distribution experience, preferably in a business operations environment that includes technical products and services.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills with MS Office products required.
