A remote Technical Writer job is currently available at Belcan. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have work experience and education. Utilize Engineering approved data to develop technical documents for Rocket Engines, Ground Support Equipment and Facilities to support Space Launch Vehicles.

Job Duties:

Create/Edit Technical Manuals, Component Manuals, and Maintenance Manuals.

Create or Modify Software or Hardware development plans, qualification plans and/or test reports.

Modify specification documents in JAMA.

Maintain Bill of Materials.

Upload documents in Windchill.

Convert Word and PDF documents.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, engineering related field.

Familiarity with technical writing software applications. Experience in computer graphics and design.

Minimum of 3 years of technical writing experience.

Must have Windchill experience.

Preferred:

Space industry experience.
