The Role

Join Our Team as a Remote Vaccine Sales Representative!

Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare? Do you have a flair for building relationships and driving sales? If so, we have an exciting remote vaccine sales opportunity for you!

Your role:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Achieving sales targets and activity goals with pharmacies, primary care provider and specialist private clinics.
  • Engaging customers: Adapting your interactions to meet local needs and ensuring the successful implementation of national campaigns.
  • Expert Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our vaccines, the disease areas they address, and the competitive landscape.
  • Reputation Building: Enhancing brand reputation as a leading provider of vaccines in the UK.
  • Effective Selling: Ensuring vaccines are prescribed to appropriate at-risk patients.
  • Customer Management: Managing a diverse list of customers, understanding local vaccine uptake dynamics, and planning impactful calls.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Working with internal stakeholders to support your account objectives.
  • Market Access: Contributing to market access strategies and managing key customer relationships.
  • Customer Focus: Building and maintaining effective relationships to maximise partnership and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of account management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacies and NHS structure.
  • Positive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and adaptability to new processes.

Preferred:

  • Degree in life sciences or healthcare professional ABPI Accreditation.
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Experience with pharmacists, retail pharmacy, and private medical providers.
  • Experience with medicine and vaccine launches.
  • Business-to-business experience and securing commercial agreements.
